Today an exhibition of Richard Long opened at Tate Britain in London.
It is the first major exhibition in London since 'Walking in Circles' in the Hayward Gallery, 1991.
This exhibition 'Richard Long: Heaven and Earth' is showing:
six stone sculptures, four mud wall works, twenty-one text works directly on the wall,
one framed text work and thirty-eight photographs.
There is also a very nice selection of Richard Long's artist's books, cards and other printed matter.
Tate Britain published a catalogue, a print, a museum guide, a bookmark, T-shirts and a poster.
You can find detailed information about all these publications in
the Books-and-Catalogues-section, the Editions-section and in the Various-section of this newsletter.
In the Various-section you can also find a programme on talks and discussions, and a workshop for adults.
